▶ Vacuum Melting Furnace
- When induction occurs on metal, a mutually repelling electromagnetic force occurs through the action between the current induced in the molten metal in the melting pot and the current in the heating coil.
- This force acts in the up-down direction on the molten metal at the melting pot's center. And from the molten metal surface, it can be seen that the center part bulges upwards to flow to the periphery.
- Such a movement of the molten metal is called the fanning action and is a large feature of the induction melting.

- When melting metal, a uniform melting product can be obtained through electronic stirring effect.
- Surrounding environment is clean.
- Vacuum or gas environment melting possible.
- When melting highly active materials, the reaction between melting pot and molten material becomes a problem. Here, high purity material can be melted and alloyed by levitating and melting material by using an electrical levitation melter.
